About

Hi, I'm Britt 👋

I built a career in tech sales. Now I want to help more people build theirs.

I've spent more than a decade in sales, working my way from early sales roles to some of the biggest names in tech — Intuit, Salesforce, Shopify and Achievers — and eventually from individual contributor to sales leader.

But my career definitely didn't start with some master plan to "break into SaaS."

I joined Intuit and got my first real taste of what a career in tech could look like. From there, I made one of the biggest moves of my career: landing an Account Executive role at Salesforce.

That move changed the trajectory of my career.

I went on to sell at Shopify, become an Enterprise AE at Achievers, and eventually make another big career pivot — this time into leadership, where I now manage and develop SDR and BDR talent.

And somewhere along the way, I realized something:

I really freaking love helping people build careers in sales.

  • I love watching someone make their first cold call and realize they didn't die.
  • I love helping someone land a job they didn't think they were qualified for.
  • I love watching a BDR finally get the AE promotion they've been grinding toward.
  • And yes, I really love watching people start collecting bigger paycheques because they got good at selling.

Because for all the ridiculous acronyms, corporate jargon, questionable LinkedIn posts and "quick 15-minute syncs" that somehow last 47 minutes, this crazy industry can create incredible careers.

It did for me.

And I want more people to know how to get in — and how to move up once they're here.

That's why I created The BDR Collective.

A place to learn the stuff that actually matters. Practice it. Laugh at the insanity along the way. Meet people doing the same thing. And ultimately, build a career that can change your life.

Make the calls. Learn the skills. Collect the paycheques.

And please...

have some fun while you're doing it.
